Hello, I am trying to program a CAT28C64B EEPROM 8KB but when it Program's no matter what I get an Error!!! I know this device is compatible. What could be some problems. I'm using Topwinen 2.21. No matter what File Start I put, I still get an error. What should be the Data Length (1FFF or 2000)? Start Addr is at 0. I've programmed other chips before, but not this EEPROM device. I also tried other 28C64 chips same problem.
