What's your friend programmer and adapter?
Is it same as your?

It seems software related bug. But not confirmed. Increase the tWp and tWc will improve the result.

Or the adapter related. Can you let me know your friend adapter where came from?

my friend is using a non Willem programmer. so i can not just test the adaptor

im using the dual power Willem with 16 bit non zif adapter from this site. this is why i come here.

ive increased twp and twp without any success.

when i got this programmer i trouble shot it and found the dip switches dead and was sent a replacement. which i desoldered out and replaced this has been a very troublesome.

I think you need to send the programmer, adapter with the chip together back to check it.
Write email to support@mcumall.com ask for a RMA.
