Help me!

many tries no success. got an enhanced dual power willem prog pcb 5.0 with complete tsop adapter kit.

i must programm an intel 28f800 b3t and intel te 28f320c3b a110. chip found in willem programming software dip switches set as seen and jumper set to normal.
ID correct recognized
reading flash ok.

but writing no progress remain to 0%.

used tsop48 16 bit adapter and adapter cable (8pins)

both flashtypes 28f800 and 28f320 same result.

tried willem in pcb 3 and 5 mode tried different progsoftversions

tsop48 16bit adapter jumper opened 3V set to 28fXX settings.

any ideas? wrong jumper settings? please help.

Did you connect the three address wires?

Yes, i did.
Connected the three addresswires a19,a20,a21 correctly via the 8wires cable delivered with the tsop adapter.
also tried without the 8wires cable and only connected a19,a20,a21 and tried use the alternative a19pin on the willem-board.

if i close the jumper j3 on 1-2 the programming starts but verify fails.

any further hints?

new issues:
installed everything on a new pc. use 0.98d8 tried to programm 28f800 b3t.
installed via parallel port and usb power.
id ok
erase ok : sometimes vpp range error
programm : doesnt start, vpp range error. sometimes start, but no progress.

wrong jumpersettings? need help pls.

The correct software should be 0.98D6.

There is a J4 jumper on board to select board version.
Please make sure your board version is working with the correct software version.

For PCB3.5 or PCB5.0C or PCB5.5C board selection, use 0.98D6

For PCB3B board selecton, you can use 0.97ja for the best result.
But all 0.97ja and older version software will work on PCB3B hardware.
