Hi to everyone, I'm Daniele from Pesaro, Italy, I bought the GQ 4X4 programmer I have installed software and drivers but my computers (desktop and laptop) do not detect the hardware. When I insert the USB plug the programmer makes the two beeps and the green led turns on, but the PCs do not detect the programmer. In both I have Win 10 x64 and all the drivers are updated.

Sorry me anniel, but in the device manager the line "other devices" and "unknown device" does not appear.

Does your GQ-4X appear at all in the device manager?
