fixing this programmer for a freind after it never burned chips. when it arrived in the mail this part was snapped off one of its pins. looks sort of like a capacitor but im sure it isnt. anyone know what part it is and tolerances so i can get another and get to dianosing why it wont work.i have the old universal and true usb programmers love them work great told my mate to get one and this is what he got sent off ebay looked nothing like the pics on ebay.would really like to get it going so he didnt get fully ripped for something that doesnt work.not very good pics but its sort of barrel shaped black capacitor looking thing 2 legs no stripes or markings right beside volt reg.thanks guys
