I have been working on a getting a tuning device together for my car and I am missing one thing still. I need a 28 pin drop-in flash device from what I have found so far its a eeprom. But this chip would have to be able to make adjustments from my laptop without opening my ecu up again. I have a cable that I plug into my obd1 port and it feeds threw the factory wiring into the ecu to change the timing, fuel, and air. I have found a picture of the chip itself but have been unsuccessful in finding where to buy it from. Any help with this is greatly appreciated as I already have my tuning software I will be using for this.
