What exactly does the second column below infer?
ATTINY2313*ISP AVRISP connection ATMEGA48*ISP AVRISP connection
Please provide this answer keeping in mind that I own the GQ-4x programmer. Do I need to buy an adapter to support these ATMEL ICs? I want to program new ICs out of circuit (brand new ICs), and I don't specifically need a debugger. I also would like to know, if the AVR/ISP/Jtag programmer you sell on this website, is used ONLY for ICs in-circuit? In other words, can the AVR/ISP/Jtag programmer be used for programming ICs that are not in a circuit yet?
Thank You, JimmyMz |

Posted - 05/03/2013 : 10:14:30 The *ISP AVRISP connection means the chip should be in a working circuit and it has a ISP port for programming.
There is no specific adapter for AVRISP chip programming.
An AVR chip working circuit is very simple, it could be just a power (VCC) for chip if the chip is using internal ocsilotion . OR just a crystal oscillator for an external ocsilotion and suppy a VCC to chip.
There is a universal adapter ADP-023 can be used for easier connection.
