This is a 16 pin SOC type and I have soldered it to an adapter board. I have tried to use the 25q64cv and have been successful using this preset and adapter to write to the 8 pin version of this chip I can not make it work on the 16.

I have tried to add the chip to the Devices.txt file but don't know how to get the correct hex device code for the package style.

I've found it. The pinout of the 16 pin chip is completely different than the 8. Can I assign the pins to the correct chip layout? Or do I have to build a jig to route the pins to the 8 pin assignments?
