Hi, I want to copy a Toshiba eprom TC551001BPL-70L but it is not listed on the device list. Is there another chip on the device list I could use to do the copy?

Thanks

Guess ZLM has other occupations.

Probably, we don't see him often.

+1 He must be working on some new projects.

Would be nice if he posted updates on his work.

Yes a RAM test function should not be too hard to implement in the software and would be a good selling point. ZLM?

A test function should be added for those chip families.

And content of RAM is also lost with power.

Yes, it is static random access memory and you can not copy RAM. Contents of RAM changes all the time, that is why ROM was not chosen.

Thanks, but it is some sort of RAM right? will the GQ-4x4 be able to copy it?
anniel Posted - 05/18/2017 : 16:29:50
This is not an EPROM.

Forgot to note that I'm using the GQ-4x4
