I've got the EasyPRO 80B and I am trying to program some 2716 (various TI, Intel, Hitachi) EPROMs but I can't seem to do so. It always comes up with an error. It reads perfectly. When I program all FFs into the chip, it programs just fine. Also, it will program them when I read one that is already programmed, as long as I don't alter the contents of it. I've got some old Williams EPROMS that I have the hex files for and would like to burn these. I'm using the AM2716B@DIP24 algorithm..is this right? Got all of the updates for it too. Any information is appreciated.

The EasyPro80B has no generic algorithem for all 2716. It only supports the 2716 wich is listed in the device list.
