J3 is the #3 on your hardware board picture.

Just /maybe because my english is very bad :)/ i look two jumper on the picture /program/ 2 yellow and evry two in the left side :( wich is the j3?

The Enhanced willem does not have the jumper 2 and 3 in the software. Instead it uses the LEDs to indicate the current jumper setting.

#3 in your borad picture(J3) is the A18/Vpp jumper. It located just left side of DIP in the software picture.

All the jumper settings and DIP settings must be set same as above.
Your vertical jumper is for AT29C256. You have to remove it.

ok the dip settings in the instructions were different than what you have showing. also, on the yellow jumper settings in the diagram, my board has one more jumper connecting the bottom 2 that are vertical of each other. Do I need to set them up like this? All the settings in your diagram is how the board should be correct? Thanks
