The board shows AC 12V IN.
What is specification of the power supply?

There is a diode rectifier just after the DC jack. It will automatically convert the AC to DC and correct the polarity for you.

So, the power supply can use any between 9V and 12V, 200mA above, AC or DC power adaptor.
