To install a driver you need to have a driver downloaded from the MCU Mall.

Once you have the correct driver right click on the windows button (bottom left of the screen).

Pick the option "device manager". Find the device that matches your item.

Somewhere in there, there should be an option for USB devices and the Device you have.

Double click on the device. On the top of the window select the "drivers" tab.

Select update drivers, and "I will choose drivers from my computer (or something similar depending on the windows version)"

Find wherever you stored the driver. Install and go.

From Windows device manager, you should see a unknown device from the list, check the hardware ID from properties. The Id should be :
USB\VID_0547&PID_2131&REV_0004
USB\VID_0547&PID_2131
