usb pic programmer

board not responding

i have the right com port (com 5) but it wont respond

it gives me this error message after it resets

The image can not be found from the above link.
Anyway, if you confirm your driver is correctly loaded and you assigned a correct comport number to the software, then you may need to check the programmer.

The first reset error you can ignored. You can place the chip and try to read the chip.

Also, try on the another computer and see if it makes difference.

If still does not work, then contact support@mcumall.com with your order number/eBay item numer for further assistance.
