i have just bought a Willem pcb 4.5

i am haveing trouble getting 24c32 eprom to read?

im useing usb for power & printer port lead for communications.

programmer tests are ok and see programmer, i set all the dip switches down as stated in eprom50 software i got with programmer.im useing sop 8 clips which are making a good contact on eprom, it says its reading chip but i look in buffer but it just reads lots of 0000000000 ?

i have also tryed reading 24c32 eprom with icprog but get a error "no acknowledge received" ?

If it does not work on two programmer, then it may relate to chip itself.
