Hi all,

i have recently bought a GQ-4X. I have a 16K byte image and i wanna burn it on a 27256 EPROM. I know that the image must fulfill the EPROM, so, in this case, i would need a 32K image.

Googling i read that the image must be modified with an Hex Editor. The program of the GQ-4X has it, but i don't know:

A) how to double up the image (is "copy and paste" sufficient?)
B) is there a way to let the programmer fulfill the EPROM authomatically?

Thanks for the help :)

Yes. the copy and past will work.

The software will write all data in buffer into the chip. As long as you can see th data in the buffer.
