Hi guys,
I cannot get the GQ-3X to sync with my PC in the GQUSBPr6.16 software I downloaded. I am running win7 pro 64bit and have even tried to download the USB driver for the GQ-3X even though it says it is not specificly for win 7 thought it might help but still no joy.
Just wondering if anyone could give any advice?

Try:
1. change a usb cable
2. change to another computer.
