I have a programmed altera 84pin PLCC EPM7128ELC84-10. I need to make some copies. Can someone tell me what I need to know to do this? Is it as simple as just copying such as EEPROM flashing?

You need to find a programmer can read and write this chip. If your chip is not been locked, then you can just easily read and write to do the duplication. If it is locked, then there is no way to read it.
