Ok this is the first time using pic 16f628 and I am having problems. I have written a hex file to a 16f628 using a TOP2004 progammer, the code reads OK but the thing won't do anything. Most of the pins of the PIC are sitting at about 2 volts with naff all activity.I have measured a new blank with the same results - has anyone any idea what I am doing wrong? any help would be appreciated
