Hey, I am having a problem when I go to program the 12f683...Says the programmer doesn't recognize the (12f683) processor..Then I continue anyway and I get this error message:

ROM Error at 0x0000
Good 0x3000
Bad 0x3FFF

Any ideas? Thank you

check your chip if it is on the correct position of ZIF socket.
