Hi... I just bought one of this programmers and it reads 27c256 eproms ,but it canīt burn them, cause it gives an error and just writes the first byte.
It seems you need adjust the tWp and tWc parameter. Increse those two parameters. Also, try to select 27256 from the software instead of 27C256. This will give more tWp and tWc room for adjusting.
Also, try to write more than once if first write attempt failed.

This error means too many bits are being programmed in the EPROM. Changing programming timings is not likely to help. 0x8A = 0100 1010 0xAA = 1010 1010
The high nibble of the first address isn't being programmed correctly.
Your problem is different. The EPROM isn't programming. What programmer do you have, what is the complete part number from your EPROM? What is VPP set to? Have you verified that VPP is correct?
