I have old GQ-4X. Is it possible to used it with avrdude (https://www.nongnu.org/avrdude/) to programming(ISP) ATMEGA328P's flash memory and eeprom memory OR USBProg v6.38 can do it?

The chip ATMEGA328 is in the software list.
