I'm looking to buy a programmer wich can program following chips ..

18LF4550 ( 3,3 voltage version )

& 18F2550 ..

Should this be possible with following ?

Yes. The programmer supports those chips.

If it does, they why can't I get it to program the 18F2550 chip?????
