i can't correctly reading and writing serial eeproms
93C46, 93C56, 93C66 in x8 bit mode

and i can't read and write these serial eeprom in x16 bit mode.


In what a problem

1 - TOP2048
2 - TopWin 2.17
3 - Windows XP

I believe this is the software bug.

Here is the 1.12 version software .exe file.

(zipped) http://www.mcumall.com/download/All/TopWinEEn1.12.zip
OR
(unzipped) http://www.mcumall.com/download/All/TopWinEEn1.12.exe

Just download the file from the link, and save it to C:\Top\topwinen directory. Click this file to run this file instead of the original TopWinEn.exe.

With this version of a software could correctly read and write chip in 16 bit mode

8 bit mode don't tested now

I have the same problem. 93C46x16bit - I can't read/write them v2.35 (also tried v1.12), windows 2000. Eeproms are OK in another programmer.
