Can anybody help me out I can't erase the W27C512. Think I have the jumpers correct but not 100% sure. I'm using software Version 0.98D11 and the erase button is blanked out ?

Doesn't the 27C512 erase with ultraviolet?
Is there a "window" on top of the chip?

No, it's a Winbond Electrically Erasable and Programmable Read Only
Memory, not a UV EPROM but it's a drop-in replacement.
