In 2013 I asked if there was a possibility to get 5Volt from programmer.
ZLM answered, that this only could be done with external power supply.

I was not happy with the answer, because I could program a 2313 direct in the socket with internal power supply.

After a little research and measurements I could make a adapter with a can6 connection and it worked. Now I can program any AVRISP without external power supply.

Thanks. Your target board is small and not other component. So, it can be powered from programmer.

I have had some questions.
The relevant answers:

No, no hardware modifications,
No, no software modifications.
No, no script.
Just the Original GQ-4X

Select device from list
and ignore the message
(External)Power on target device is required.

Connections:

RST... * *.. Take +5V from here.
MISO. * *.. empty
SCK... * *.. empty
GND... * *.. MOSI

Take care.
