Hi guys i get my Gq 4 recently, and i testing it whit a eeprom AM28F512, the issue i have i cant read the ID chip, and i cant program the chip, i try whit two new eeprom (retired of the blister) and same.

Any advice?

DIP or PLCC?

is a PLCC format.
