Hi.
I have gq-4x4 and i need write pic12F629. but i have hex file for PICKIT 3 programmer. Is possible use this file or is how can i modify this file for using with gq-4x4

probably it is dump fom pic

This is an INHX32 file. You can read on the subject in many places.

Thank you for reply. I find INHX32 is intel hex. If i select intel hex when i oppening file it will full work for writing pic?

Hi.
Where is osccal value in application? I need change it in HEX but when i read pic i can not see it. Or application don't rewrite osccal value in pic?

Your HEX file has no osccal value in it so it should not overwrite the stored value.

or how i need proceed to write this hex into pic? I tried only load hex and write to pic, but HW after rewrite pic not work.

You need to edit your hex file otherwise the old values already in the chip will remain there.

If you read back the pic is the file identical?
