I am starting to create this list to benefit all ECU tuning users. So, please add all ECU EPROM/Flash/EEPROM and the model/year of your vehicle to this list if you know.

Hello! My ecu is a magnetti marelli 036 906 034DG and the chip inside is AM29F400BC-70 Y GT. I have found nothing like that on the web but a local electronics said i can use AM29F800BB-70SC. Will i have a problem? I can't find any shematics though...The chip is not an amd one but F Malaysia. (I recently went to a local chip tuner and he changed the chip with another but the program was crap and i told him to place back to the pcb the original chip). Can anyone tell me the original chip of my ecu?

To check if compatible, you need to read both chip datasheet and compare two chips pinout.
Also, operating voltage is important too.

Based on the pinout, the AM29F800 and AM29F400 are not drop-in replacement.

I can also add the Peugeot 206 2.0 GTi year 2002, with Magneti Marelli ECU has the same chip as mentioned by FS115
It is:

F Malaysia
29F400BC-70-Y GT

This is not mentioned in the PDF file uploaded above, maybe someone can add it..

By the way, which adapter should i buy for this chip?
