Item-Not-Received Order Policy

A. Shipment without tracking

We only accept request of refund/resend shipment after 45 days(before 90 days)for the shipment without tracking number. We will NOT accept searching/refund request if the non-trackable shipment not past 45 days(or past 90 days) after the package is shipped.

B. Shipment with tracking

We will accept request of searching/refund shipment after 30 days of the traceable shipment. We will not accept searching/refund request if the traceable shipment with "Delivered." status.

C. Refund / Resent Order Request form

In order to create a case, we need customer to provide following information via email to support@mcumall.com:

1. On each referred purchase, you will get 5% credit on programmer, adapter and others. You can use those credit in your next purchase only.

Warranty

All products sold are warranted to be free of defect in workmanship and materials for a specified period of time as listed below. Should a product require repairs within this time, please contact us for an RMA and return instructions. Any shipments received without a return authorization will be refused. www.mcumall.com/ MCUmall Electronics Inc. will repair or at its option replace products that prove to be defective.

In no event shall www.mcumall.com /MCUmall Electronics Inc. liability exceed the buyer's purchase price, nor shall www.mcumall.com /MCUmall Electronics Inc. be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

This warranty is void if the product has been tampered with or misused.

Besides above-mentioned warranty, MCUmall True USB GQ Series/Willem/EE TOOL/SuperPRO Programmers are under one year factory warranty

All other Chinese brand and programmers are 30 days warranty only.

Returning

If a refund is desired within 21 days start from shipping day, we will refund your full purchase price(except shipping charge) minus a 25% restocking fee provided the returned item in acceptable condition: unopened box or opened box with all original materials.

Shipping costs back to us is buyers' responsibility.

Exchange

If an exchange is desired within 21 days start from shipping day, we will credit you full purchase price (except shipping charge) minus a 15% restocking fee toward another product purchase, provided the returned item in acceptable condition: unopened box or opened box with all original materials.
