      • All shippings include insurance, ship from Canada via Canada Post  
      • The item will be shipped within one business day after receive the payment or check/echeck payment clear 
      • Please note: Xpresspost service is not available to some countries, for those countries, the internation air parcel service will be used in stead. the postage is the same and it takes longer time than Xpresspost. 
      • We also ship via couriers like UPS, Fedex, DHL, Purolator per the request, please contact for price quote or advise us your own account# with the couriers.

Volume Purchase & Multiple Item Order 

Please contact  order@mcumall.com   for volume purchase. We will reply to you within one business day. Shipping charges will be quoted individually. Shipping via UPS, Fedex, DHL, Purolator are available per request.

Returning Customer Special Offer Box  

If you are returning customer, you are entitled discount rate for your 2nd,3rd ...order, please make sure to check the special offer box for you.

Referral Program: 

1. On each referred purchase, you will get 5% credit on programmer, adapter and others. You can use those credit in your next purchase only.
2. Your name or email should be indicated in the referred purchase comments or email. OR you can just email us to let us know the information of purchaser you referred. So that we can calculate how much credit you have.
3. The credit will expire if no purchase or new referral activity for 12 month.
4. The credit only can be used within MCUmall Electronics Inc. and it is non-cashable.
5. Customer is able to check their credit balance via online account balance or make a request to support@mcumall.com

Warranty

All products sold are warranted to be free of defect in workmanship and materials for a specified period of time as listed below. Should a product require repairs within this time, please contact us for an RMA and return instructions.  Any shipments received without a return authorization will be refused. www.mcumall.com/ MCUmall Electronics Inc. will repair or at its option replace products that prove to be defective. 

In no event shall www.mcumall.com /MCUmall Electronics Inc. liability exceed the buyer's purchase price, nor shall www.mcumall.com /MCUmall Electronics Inc. be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

This warranty is void if the product has been tampered with or misused.

        * Limited to Defective Part Replacement only

  • Besides above-mentioned warranty,  MCUmall True USB GQ Series/Willem/TOP Series /EasyPRO series/SmartPRO series/Wellon series/SuperPRO Programmers are under one year factory  warranty.

 

Returning 

If a refund is desired within 21 days start from shipping day, we will refund your full purchase price(except shipping charge) minus a 25% restocking fee provided the returned item in acceptable condition: unopened box or opened box with all original materials.  

Shipping costs back to us is buyers' responsibility.

Please contact us for an return authorization and return shipping instructions.  Any shipments received without a return authorization will be refused.

 

Exchange

If an exchange is desired within 21 days start from shipping day, we will credit you full purchase price (except shipping charge) minus a 15% restocking fee toward another product purchase, provided the returned item in acceptable condition: unopened box or opened box with all original materials.  

Shipping costs back to us is buyers' responsibility.

Please contact us for an return authorization and return shipping instructions.  Any shipments received without a return authorization will be refused.

 

Non-Paying Order

If we do not hear from you within 14 business days after you place the order, your order will be automatically cancelled.
