I really need some help here. I recently had to reformat my computer. Prior to that, my GQ-4x worked well. Now I can't get it to recognize the unit and I get the same message. Any ideas? I've installed and re-installed and done everything everyone here has recommended. I'll be getting a new computer (mac with parallels) in a few days as well, maybe I should just wait till then? Thing is, I need it for a customer! Any ideas would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance!

The software is for Windows only.

Check your USB driver if loaded correctly.
