can this chip be added to a future release - cant even manually add it as theres no spansion section on the serial eeprom section, had to bodge it into the sst section which isn't ideal...

You can add the Spansion section.
Try this:

thanks, works great in 3.03beta5, was on beta4 and it just complained there is no spansion section in the data library |
