rename this files as 30667b51-b817-42d8-89f6-854502a56161.devicemetadata-ms and place this file in :

C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\DeviceMetadataStore\en-US

and you have a new fine icon for your GQ-4X in your peripherals et printers !!
