I think I have a real oddball PCB5. Labeled PCB5.0E-2019
I have yet to find an image that exactly matches my board.
I am looking to rebuild the VPP boost converter circuit making it stiff for voltage and current.
With a 12 V 1.5 amp supply, I get an error in hardware,,what is with that ? Note, no jumper to select USB or DC in.
Because the price of D8749H is 10X what I used to pay, I cannot afford to fry any processors, the reason for the mod.
It works fine otherwise, just got a good read from a 28F020 but had to figure out the PLCC32 socket.
Even though I am going to buy the GQ-5X, this is a keeper for me.
Anyone else run into such oddballs ?
