Hi When I burn the AT29C256 With with Byte 'FO' or 'D0' or 'B0' or '90' in the beginning of the sector (64 Bytes) ( adress 0000000, 0000040, 0000080...) : I have a error writing on this sector ... if i change this value with any values (FF, F1, D1), the burn process continue without problem...
The problem is only on the first Byte of the sector With with Byte 'FO' or 'D0' or 'B0' or '90'. This is Hardware Problem (Burner), Chip corrupted (AT29c256) or Software problem (0.90ja)
Have you a idea of this problem ? Thank's Vincent |

I used 0.97ja every day on AT29C256 and without problem. So, the software should be fine. The hardware seems working too since it can write all other bytes. Try on a different AT29C256, if it's the same problem, I'll guess the software's running is interrupted by other higher priority software. Try to close the software and restart again, it will make different. Also, close all other high priority or real time software such as anti-virus software. |
