Please check all the jumper settings. Espacilly on J3, which is just left side of DIP switch. It should be no jumper on it. The jumper is sert on the P1-A19 of JP-1.

For the jumper setting please see:

1. "skip write 0xFF" doesn't matter.
2. 12V DC 1amp power adapter more than enough.
3. Please try to increase the tWp to maximume.
4. Remove the chip, and in Test H/W page, check the Vpp-1 check box, and then check if there is a 12.7V Vpp on pin 24 of ZIF.

If your refering to measuring the voltage on VPP, would that would be pin 1 of the ZIF socket. I measured voltage on pin 24 when programming and I am only getting 12.25VDC
I measured the voltage on pin 1 of zif and I am only getting 12.49VDC
Not 12.7VDC

How do we up the power to program these eproms without using the 15 voltage setting?
