hi
I already received the GQ.4x4 programmer, first installed the software, then turned on the programmer and then installed the usb drivers. But this error always appears (Initialization failed. Please reconnect) see attached photos. My operating system and W7 32bit.
please help me

It seems the programmer has problem.

Check the power-up sound.

The sound of my hardware and the same as you sent me "hardware problem sound". The programmer is new, never worked, I can not understand.
