If your chip ID is correct and it is confirmed that the chip can be erased correctly. Then the chip may be defective. Change to another chip and try. |

reading OK, erase OK. Write only 16% Flash 16-bit everything checked and tested error during recording |

Did you see the user guide of SST29VF3201 in CD? It has same settings with SST39VF1601.
