Hello,
I'm having trouble with the GQ-4X, my PC detects the hardware, but when I load the SW USBPrg, the sw is unable to detect HW from the HW test menu., any help is greatly appreciated.

The Windows should open the USB driver installation wizards on first connection.

However, the USB driver can be installed later from the Windows device manager.
