software can't find programmer.
also no any driver was ever installed, are you saying that this programmer could work without any driver at all.

The cypress fx2l is OK. That is the original device string from the USB chip.

As long as your device manger recognize the programmer, then the software should find it.

Both GQ USB programmer and Cypress Fx2L should work.

in a main page of device manager where you can see all devices it called "unknown device" but when i try to update drive after update fails you can see name cypress.
also in properties of device, tab driver i can see "driver provider"-cypress

The device manager sees the GQ-4X as "unknown device" or Cypress FX2LP?
mgrt Posted - 03/08/2017 : 11:20:06
not good, software can't see programmer - "did not get response from programmer"
device manager can see this device as "unknown device" and offers to reinstall driver. but when i try to reinstall it tells me "best driver software for your device is already installed" and it goes like this in loops.

i have qx-4x4 and latest driver from website for win7-32, windows recognizes device as some kind of cypress fx2lp. when i manual select driver to update i get message "best driver software for your device is already installed"
i try to install on a computer with fresh windows install with no other software except VMware workstation and Hantek oscilloscope, do i get driver conflict with hantek?

i don't know why i cant upload pictures, maybe i don't have enough posts.

Your attachments doesn't work. Which version of the GQ do you have and which of the drivers did you try.
