I have GQ-4X and adapter SOIC28. And I not found support for this flash in Device list (but in this page it is there www.mcumall.com/comersus/store/mcumall_willemsupportICs.asp" target="_blank">h p://www.mcumall.com/comersus/store/mcumall_willemsupportICs.asp).

Answer itself.
I'm added the line to devices.txt and using for that adapter SOP16 to DIP8

Good try.

Add a adapter information in the device line may be a good idea:

Name="S25FL064*SOIC16",ID="010216",Class="W25X10",Category="SERIAL_EPROM",MFG="Spansion",Vcc="3.6V",CodeSize="8388608",Platform="GQ-4X"，Adapter="SOIC16 to DIP8";
