Hi, New to the world of IC programming Not so new to the world of programming in general. Simple question, When I connect my usb cable and my printer data cable to the programmer, and I try to test the hardware with the "Test Hardware" under the help menu in the programmer software version 0.97g with no IC present in the programmer, is it normal to get the error message "Check power & Connection" ? Does the programmer need to have an IC present for the software to recognise the programmer? Feel free to reply to me via email kd-boss@yahoo.com.tw
